Managing My Account details is a feature that allows registered members to edit their display name and manage their password conveniently. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to access and utilize this functionality.

Accessing My Account Details:

1. Navigate to My Account Dashboard:

• Log in to your account on our platform using your credentials.
• Navigate to your My Account dashboard.

1. Click on My Account Details Tab:

• Within the My Account dashboard, locate and click on the “My Account Details” tab.
• This tab serves as the gateway to managing your display name and password.

Editing Display Name:

1. Locate Display Name Field:

• Under the My Account Details tab, you will find a field labeled “Display Name.”

1. Edit Display Name:

• Click on the field to edit your display name as desired.
• You can update your display name to reflect your preferred name or any changes you wish to make.

1. Save Changes:

• After editing your display name, ensure to save your changes by clicking on the “Save Changes” button.
• Your updated display name will now be reflected across the platform.

Managing Password:

1. Access Password Management Section:

• Below the Display Name field, you will find the Password Management section.

1. Change Password:

• To change your password, click on the “Change Password” link within the Password Management section.
• You will be prompted to enter your current password and then create a new password.

1. Enter Current and New Passwords:

• Enter your current password in the designated field.
• Create a new password that meets the platform’s password requirements (e.g., minimum length, combination of characters).

1. Confirm Password Change:

• After entering your new password, confirm it by re-entering it in the provided field.

1. Save Changes:

• Once you have entered your current and new passwords, click on the “Save Changes” button to update your password.
• Your password will be successfully changed, and you can now log in with your new credentials.
