To ensure that our customers find courses that suit their needs, we offer a complimentary three-day trial period for all our courses.

Our Refund Policy is as Follows:

1. Dispense Error Refunds: Requests for refunds due to duplicate charges or other e-payment channel errors should be directed to your bank or financial institution for resolution.

2. Online Course Refunds: We honor refund requests made within three (3) days of the course purchase date. The money-back guarantee is void if the customer has accessed more than ten percent (10%) of the course. Refund requests submitted after three (3) days of purchase will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

Initiating a Refund Request:

Customers can initiate a refund request from their account dashboard by navigating to the My Orders Tab of their Account dashboard, selecting the order in question, and clicking the “Request Refund” button.

Eligibility for Refunds:

1. If a customer initiates a refund request within three (3) days of course purchase and has accessed less than ten percent (10%) of the course content, they will be entitled to a refund of 90% of the course fees.
2. If a customer applies for a refund within three (3) days of course purchase but has accessed more than ten percent (10%) of the course content, they will not be entitled to any refund.
3. Customers applying for a refund after three (3) days from the course purchase date are not entitled to any refund, regardless of their course content access.

Refund Approval:

All eligible refund requests will be approved by FinAcc Plus within three (3) business days of initiation. Refunds will be processed through the same channel as the original payment. The actual payment date depends on the policy of the payment gateway. Please note that all accumulated points related to the transaction will be reversed upon refund approval.

Tracking Refund Requests:

Customers can track the progress of refund requests initiated on our site by navigating to the “My Refund Requests” tab in their Account area.
